AI Trustworthy Pledge 2026

Responsible AI

Our commitment to trustworthy AI

BeneluxSoft has signed the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) AI Trustworthy Pledge, a public commitment to design, use and manage AI safely, transparently, ethically and with respect for privacy.

CSA AI Trustworthy Pledge 2026

A public commitment to responsible AI

The Cloud Security Alliance is a global non-profit that defines standards, research and best practices for secure cloud and AI. Organisations that take its AI Trustworthy Pledge publicly commit to four principles: safe and compliant systems, transparency, ethical accountability and privacy protection.
For us this is a way to state openly how we approach AI in our software, digital marketing and consulting work, and to be held to it by our clients and partners.

The pledge is a voluntary public commitment. It is not an independent audit or a certification. For independently audited information security, see our ISO/IEC 27001:2023 certification.

Four principles we commit to

The pledge rests on four principles. Below is what each means and how we put it into practice at BeneluxSoft.

Commitment and certification, side by side

We think it matters to be clear about the difference. Our pledge states how we intend to work. Our ISO certificate shows how our information security has been independently audited.
