BeneluxSoft wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website. This statement explains how we approach digital accessibility and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
Our commitment
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the technical standard behind the European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act. We treat accessibility as part of how we build and maintain our website, not as a one-off project.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that most of the content meets the standard, but some parts do not yet. We have not completed a full independent audit, and we do not claim full conformance.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working on them:
• Some images may lack a meaningful text alternative.
• Heading levels on some pages may not follow a strict order.
• Some colour combinations may not reach the required contrast ratio.
• Embedded third-party content, such as maps and review widgets, is outside our direct control and may not be fully accessible.
• Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
If any of these stops you from using a page, tell us and we will provide the information in another way.

Technical information
This website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. We review it with automated tools (Lighthouse, axe, WAVE) and with manual keyboard checks. Automated tools find only part of the issues, so we also test by hand.
This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year and after major changes to the website.
Our accessibility work
We help clients improve the accessibility of their websites towards WCAG 2.1 AA, from keyboard navigation to labels and heading structure.
