An AI-powered admissions platform in active use across Poland and Germany. SmartApply streamlines university applications and student management in six languages, cutting administrative workload while giving applicants a modern, guided enrolment experience.
Global Student Mobility
A global student mobility and recruitment platform connecting students, agents and universities across more than 50 countries. Over 1,300 programmes and 300 institutions sit behind one CRM, with automated documents, checklists and visa workflows built for scale.
SmartApply is live at partner institutions in Germany and Poland, handling every step from first enquiry to enrolment.
